FRIDAY AUGUST 26 FROM 7:30 - 9:00 PM
Nancy & John house
Join Nancy & John at their place to witness the breathtaking sunset over the bay and indulge in a delightful s'mores-roasting session. To reduce the number of cars parked in their neighborhood, kindly consider carpooling with fellow attendees.
Attire-wise, feel free to embrace the relaxed ambiance by donning sundresses, shorts, or jeans paired with your favorite nautical shirt. Since we'll be outdoors, it's advisable to bring a layer to keep warm once the sun sets, and don't forget to wear shoes suitable for walking on grass.
SATURDAY AUGUST 27 FROM 4 - 10 PM
Cama Beach State Park
We cordially invite you to witness our heartfelt vows, savor delectable pies, and partake in some delightfully terrible dancing.
Ladies, please come dressed in your favorite cocktail dress. As we will be doing a bit of walking outdoors, consider embracing the wedge heel for both style and comfort.
Gentlemen, kindly bring your cherished suit and don a charming tie or bowtie. Feel free to leave your jacket at home if you prefer a more casual look.
SATURDAY AUGUST 27 FROM 10 PM - 11 PM
Cama Beach State Park
Normally, we don't venture past the 10 PM mark, but on our wedding night, we plan to extend the festivities. We invite you to join us at the charming bonfire pits by the water, where we'll gather for drinks and delectable snacks.
To add to our happiness, we kindly request that you change into casual attire, such as jeans and a cozy sweater. We'll be bringing a bag with clothes to change into ourselves, and we encourage you to do the same, ensuring everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening.
SUNDAY AUGUST 28 FROM 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM
Family cabin
Before you depart, please make sure to bid us farewell! Take a moment to visit the lively crabbing scene, partake in beachside adventures, and discover fascinating anecdotes about the house that Courtney's great-grandfather constructed.
When it comes to attire, opt for beach-friendly clothing that can handle sandy encounters or the playful touch of a wet dog. We'll be sporting comfortable t-shirts, jeans, and tennis shoes, so there's no need to show up in overly fancy attire and outshine us. Let's keep it casual and enjoy the laid-back atmosphere together.
It's about an hour drive north of Seattle, depending on traffic.
We highly recommend renting a car so you can explore all that the Pacific Northwest has to offer!
If you're meeting up with friends or family and just need transportation to and from the airport, take the airport shuttle.
Most rideshares come from 30+ minutes away, so it can take awhile for your car to arrive, or try a taxi.
Book soon. We recommend booking as soon as you know you're coming. Camano Island doesn't have any major hotel chains, so spots fill up fast.
Coordinate with friends. A lot of the rentals have great spaces for groups, so get a beach house for your group to save some money (and maximize fun!).
Stay the whole weekend. We know you're super busy, but we'd love for you to be there the whole weekend. If you can, book a place for Friday through Sunday and get in as much wonderful PNW time as you can.
